Deliver high-quality hair services while consulting with clients to meet their needs.Participate in local marketing initiatives to drive salon traffic.Educate clients on hair care and recommend products for their at-home maintenance.Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and build client loyalty.Provide clear and accurate pricing before services commence.Complete necessary administrative tasks promptly, including appointment scheduling and closing out transactions.Communicate positively with clients, team members, and corporate support.Meet or exceed the productivity targets set by Regis.Be flexible in your availability to meet business needs, including some nights and weekends.Attend required training sessions to stay updated on techniques.Follow all company guidelines for operational procedures and salon maintenance.Required Skills and Qualifications:

Must hold a valid and current barber's license.Education:

Maintain a valid Barber's license and complete all required training from Regis.As a Supercuts Barber, you must participate in and complete the Hair Stylist Academy program.Work Location:
