Producing Lash Salon Operator

We are looking for a licensed beauty professional who has the talent, drive, and leadership ability to run a salon business — but may not yet have the capital to open one independently.

This is not a basic manager job. This is an opportunity for someone who wants the autonomy, responsibility, and upside of operating a salon without personally signing a lease, buying equipment, funding the buildout, or taking on the full financial risk of ownership.

The ideal candidate may have dreamed of owning a concept like Deka Lash, a lash studio, or a beauty salon, but is looking for the right platform to prove herself first.

What You’ll Do

Produce services as a licensed beauty professional
Lead daily studio operations
Help recruit, train, coach, and retain service providers
Drive memberships, rebooking, retail, reviews, and client retention
Maintain high service standards and a strong client experience
Manage scheduling, productivity, cleanliness, and team accountability
Treat the business like it is your own

Pay: $25.00 - $60.00 per hour
