Duties

Manage daily operations of the private studio, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all clients and guests
Provide expert services including hair styling, eyelash extensions, nail care, body waxing, and makeup application with attention to detail and client preferences
Perform advanced aesthetic treatments such as dermabrasion, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, esthetic laser treatments, and deep tissue massage
Conduct product demonstrations and upsell retail products to enhance client results and satisfaction
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, equipment, and treatment areas in accordance with health regulations
Manage appointment scheduling using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY, ensuring efficient flow of client bookings
Engage actively on social media platforms to promote studio services, special offers, and client success stories
Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, providing personalized consultations, and fostering long-term relationships
Assist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, processing payments, and managing client records

Experience

Proven management experience in a salon or spa environment with strong organizational skills
Familiarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY for scheduling and record keeping
Hands-on experience with a wide range of beauty services including hair styling, barbering, nail care, lash extensions, and makeup application
Knowledge of advanced aesthetic procedures like dermal fillers, Botox treatments, esthetic laser treatments, and dermabrasion techniques
Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members in a fast-paced setting
Background in retail sales with the ability to upsell products confidently while maintaining excellent guest relations
Experience working in a med spa or similar setting is highly desirable for this role
