The Premier Stylist exemplifies Ulta Beauty's mission, vision, and values through skilled and consistent performance in the following duties and responsibilities (along with any additional tasks assigned): Deliver a variety of hair services including cuts, color, texture treatments, styling, updos, perms, blowouts, keratin treatments, extensions, makeup applications, and ear piercing (where applicable).Achieve an average of $1900 in weekly sales and meet or exceed productivity goals for hair services while ensuring outstanding guest experiences.Perform product demonstrations to enhance guest engagement and drive sales.Support the execution of in-store events, promotions, and marketing efforts that elevate the guest experience.Stay informed about new beauty trends, products, and services to provide informed recommendations to guests.Maintain regular, punctual attendance.PeopleBuild strong guest relationships through personalized consultations and suitable product and service recommendations.Serve all guests efficiently, including walk-ins, ensuring timely service.Collaborate with skin therapists and the retail team to create a well-rounded guest experience.Establish professional relationships with peers and brand partners to enhance guest service.Educate guests on the benefits of the guest loyalty program, including credit and the Ulta Beauty app.Participate in mandatory trainings and meetings for ongoing professional development.ProcessEnsure familiarity with and compliance to Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards.Adhere to safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures before, during, and after services while complying with state regulations.Follow established service protocols to maintain an exceptional guest experience.Utilize booking systems effectively to schedule guest appointments and events.Communicate supply needs to the Experience Manager to ensure readiness for guests.Maintain high operational standards including cleanliness of the salon, sales floor, restrooms, backroom, break area, and additional assigned spaces.Follow the Ulta Beauty dress code.Adhere to loss prevention best practices to safeguard company assets while providing outstanding guest service.Complete additional operational tasks as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONS The hourly pay for this role is $21.00, with opportunities for additional earnings based on services provided and tips from guests.
