Responsibilities

Design and craft custom permanent jewelry pieces tailored to each client’s preferences and specificationsConsult with clients to understand their style goals and educate them on the process of permanent jewelry applicationMaintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to sanitation standards and safety protocolsManage appointments efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or similar platformsDemonstrate product knowledge through engaging social media management and marketing efforts to attract new clientsProvide exceptional guest services by ensuring client comfort, clear communication, and personalized attention throughout the processAssist with retail sales of jewelry supplies and related products, upselling where appropriate to enhance client satisfactionSkills
