We’re looking for someone who’s organized, confident, and naturally great with people to help run the front of our salon and keep everything flowing.
You’re the vibe-setter. The first impression. The one who keeps the day on track.
The Role:
Part-time with flexible weekday hours (8:30 AM – 6:30 PM)
occasional Saturdays (8:30 AM – 4:45 PM)What You’ll Do:
Greet clients and create a warm, elevated experience from the moment they walk inManage bookings, confirmations, and daily flowAnswer calls, texts, and emails with professionalism (and personality)Support the team and keep things running smoothly behind the scenesKeep the space clean, styled, and always client-readyRecommend products and enhance the overall experienceHelp track inventory and stay on top of salon needsHandle situations calmly, confidently, and with careYou’re a Fit If You:
Are organized but not rigidCan multitask without getting overwhelmedHave strong communication skills and a natural ease with peopleTake pride in how you show up and represent a brandAre comfortable with tech (Google Drive, Docs, etc.)Have 1+ year in customer service or a salon environmentThe Perks:
