1. Independent Hairstylist — Salon Suite Sublease

Build and grow your independent beauty business within the Holistic Curl LLC salon environment.

This opportunity is ideal for established professionals who want to manage their own clientele and business while working in an environment that values curly hair, healthy hair practices, and holistic care.

Responsibilities may include:

Providing personalized consultations and professional hair services.Specializing in or developing expertise in curly, natural, and textured hair.Educating clients on healthy hair practices, styling techniques, and appropriate home-care products.Managing your own appointments, clientele, pricing, and business operations in accordance with the sublease agreement.Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary salon suite.Contributing to a welcoming, inclusive, and professional salon atmosphere.2. Employee-Based Co-Stylist

We are looking for team-oriented professionals who are excited to contribute to our growing curly hair and holistic care services. This opportunity offers the chance to learn, collaborate, strengthen technical skills, and support an exceptional client experience.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with consultations, shampooing, conditioning, detangling, and styling.Supporting curly hair services and healthy hair routines.Learning techniques for working with different curl patterns and textures.Helping clients understand hair care, product selection, and maintenance.Supporting stylists with service preparation, appointments, and daily salon operations.Maintaining sanitation standards and an organized workspace.Participating in training, mentorship, and continued professional development.Providing services within your qualifications, training, and applicable licensing requirements.Qualifications & Experience

We welcome professionals at different stages of their careers who share our passion for healthy hair and holistic beauty.

Required:

Strong communication and customer service skills.Professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn.An interest in healthy hair, personalized care, and client education.Compliance with applicable licensing, sanitation, and safety requirements for the services performed.Preferred:

Experience with curly, natural, textured, or coily hair.Knowledge of curl care, hair health, cutting, styling, coloring, or color theory.Familiarity with holistic hair care practices and product ingredients.Experience with salon scheduling systems, retail products, and client retention.A passion for education, mentorship, and professional growth.Additional skills in extensions, barbering, lashes, nails, or complementary beauty services are welcome when relevant to the role and supported by appropriate qualifications.
