Duties

Perform professional hair services including shampooing, condition, cutting, styling, coloring, highlights and hair servicesDeliver expert skincare treatments such as facials, eyelash extensions, and eyebrow services to enhance clients’ natural featuresProvide grooming services with precision and careUtilize business software system to schedule appointments, manage client records, and process sales efficientlyEducate clients on hair care routines, product recommendations, and retail options to promote ongoing maintenance at homeMaintain impeccable sanitation standards by cleaning tools, sterilizing equipment and work area, and adhering to health regulationsAssist with front desk responsibilities including greeting clients, managing bookings, upselling retail products to maximize sales opportunities, and assisting with other miscellaneous salon tasksRequirements

Valid cosmetology license issued by the state or relevant licensing authorityKnowledge of hair coloring techniques and color theory principles for customized resultsSkilled in hair styling techniques including blowouts, updos, braiding, and advanced cutsExperience with hair extensions application and eyelash extension services preferredStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients of all backgroundsAbility to perform sanitation procedures diligently and maintain a clean work environmentExcellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaborationAbility to multitask efficientlyAble to work well with others and be a team playerEmbark on a rewarding journey where your skills make a difference!
