Part-Time Hairstylist

H Salon is looking for a talented, passionate hairstylist to join our modern, luxury boutique salon in Fairfield, CT. 2-3 years of salon experience Supportive team and beautiful salon environment Valid Connecticut cosmetology or barbering license with experience working in the beauty industry Proficiency in hair styling techniques including cutting, coloring, and styling tools Knowledge of hair care products Familiarity with salon software systems such as ROSY for scheduling Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build lasting client relationships Experience in retail sales, upselling techniques, and retail math to maximize revenue opportunities Ability to maintain sanitation standards rigorously while working efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication skills for client consultations and team collaboration Pay: From $20.00 per hour
