Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, coloring, styling (e.g., wash-and-sets) tailored to client preferencesDevelop a thorough understanding of each resident's hair care needs and preferencesEnsure a comfortable, relaxing, and compassionate experience for all residents including those with mobility challengesMaintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene in accordance with industry regulations Valid cosmetology or barbering license with experience in hair styling and related servicesProficiency in hair coloring techniques and knowledge of color theoryExperience with senior clients is strongly preferredPatience, empathy, and excellent communication skillsStrong understanding of sanitation practices within a personal care environment
