Salon Front Desk Associate – Part-Time

Sante Beauty Creatives is an upscale collective of independent salon + spa professionals located in the beautiful International Market Square in Minneapolis. We are seeking a polished, upbeat, and personable Guest Services Associate to help create an exceptional experience for our guests and service providers.
The ideal candidate is friendly, professional, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment. This position requires someone with excellent communication skills who can confidently manage front desk responsibilities while maintaining the elevated standards and welcoming atmosphere of Sante.

Responsibilities
Welcome and assist guests with a warm, elevated level of service
Manage front desk operations and guest inquiries
Answer phones and assist with appointment scheduling
Process retail transactions and maintain an organized front desk
Communicate effectively with service providers and salon leadership
Help maintain the overall appearance and professionalism of the guest experience
Assist with opening/closing responsibilities as needed
Support the team by picking up or covering shifts when scheduling needs arise
Experience
Previous experience in salon/spa reception, luxury hospitality, retail, concierge, boutique, or other client-facing environments is preferred but not required.
Experience with Vagaro or other salon booking software is a plus. Knowledge of professional hair and beauty products is also a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent required. Some college preferred but not required.
Schedule
This is a part-time position averaging approximately 8–16 hours per week.
Candidates should have availability for a combination of:
Midday shifts: approximately 10:00 AM–5:00 PM
Evening shifts: approximately 2:00–8:30 PM
Some Saturdays
Flexible availability is preferred, particularly for candidates who are able to pick up shifts, cover for coworkers, or help fill in when needed.
