Sonrisa Salon & Day Spa is looking for an experienced Front Desk Coordinator to join our team on a part-time, seasonal basis through the end of the year.

We are seeking someone who understands that the front desk is the heart of the guest experience. The ideal candidate is warm, detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced salon environment. You genuinely enjoy connecting with people, anticipate the needs of both clients and service providers, and take pride in creating a welcoming, polished atmosphere.

Responsibilities:

Welcome every guest with professionalism and genuine hospitality
Answer phones, schedule appointments, and assist clients with questions
Maintain an exceptional client experience from check-in through checkout
Keep the front desk organized, stocked, and running efficiently
Stay on top of laundry throughout the day to support the spa and salon team
Perform daily cleaning and organizational tasks to ensure the salon always looks its best
Assist with retail sales and product recommendations
Support the team wherever needed to keep daily operations running smoothly

Qualifications:

Previous front desk experience in a salon or spa is required
Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Proactive and able to anticipate needs before being asked
Friendly, personable, and professional under pressure
Comfortable multitasking in a busy environment
Dependable, punctual, and a true team player
Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable client experiences

Position Details:

Part-time
Seasonal position available immediately through the end of the year
Some evenings and Saturdays required
Evenings and Saturdays required (4-8 pm and 9-5 Saturdays)
