We are looking for a District Manager that has the ability to multi-task, work with salon staff, and communicate with the Regional Director. Please see the details and requirements below.Bonus Amount and Payment ScheduleThe Employee will be eligible to receive a total sign-on bonus of $1,000, to be paid in installments as follows: · 25% ($250) after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period. The Employee must be in good standing and have adhered to all RSS policies and protocols. If the Employee is not in good standing, voluntarily resigns, or is terminated prior to completing one year of employment, RSS reserves the right to withhold unpaid bonus installments.
