Founded in 2007, the company has grown to a team of 30 sales consultants and 11 Resource Centers across California, Arizona, and Nevada. The company represents boutique, upscale brands such as MARIA NILA, ALFAPARF, ELEVEN, KEUNE, AMPLIFY AND HOTHEADS Extensions, and more. Role Description The Outside Beauty Sales Consultant is a full-time role based in Fresno, CA. The consultant will regularly visit salons and licensed professionals to present product lines, demonstrate usage, and provide business-building recommendations. Candidates should possess strong Sales Presentations and Consultative Selling skills to effectively showcase products and solutions to salon professionals.Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to build relationships, resolve issues, and support long-term client success.Candidates should possess Lead Generation skills and a proactive approach to prospecting, territory development, and pipeline management.Experience in the beauty, salon, or professional haircare industry is highly beneficial, ideally with prior outside sales or account management experience.Ability to work in a goal focused environment, manage schedules independently, travel within the Fresno, CA territory, and maintain reliable transportation.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM or sales tracking tools.High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in cosmetology, business, or marketing are a plus.
