Strong consultative selling and sales presentations skills, with the ability to tailor solutions to salon and stylist needs.Effective communication and customer service skills, including active listening and relationship building with diverse clients.Lead generation experience, including prospecting, account development, and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.Ability to deliver engaging product education and brand storytelling to professional audiences.Previous experience in beauty, professional haircare, or related B2B sales is highly preferred.Comfortable working in the field, managing a territory, and organizing daily routes and appointments.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently while meeting sales targets and deadlines.Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and ability to travel within the assigned territory.Proficiency with basic digital tools (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets) for tracking activities and reporting results.
