The Nurse Injector will be responsible for performing advanced aesthetic treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers, and other injectable services while maintaining a premium patient experience. Conduct thorough patient consultations and assessments Develop customized treatment plans based on facial anatomy and patient goals Maintain accurate and compliant medical documentation Educate patients on post-care and long-term treatment planning Uphold strict infection control and safety standards Contribute to a luxury, concierge-level client experience Support brand growth through patient retention and referrals Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) license (Florida) Minimum 1 year of aesthetic injecting experience preferred Strong knowledge of facial anatomy Experience with neurotoxins and dermal fillers Excellent communication and consultation skills Professional, polished, and client-focused demeanor Competitive hourly rate + commission High earning potential based on performance Flexible scheduling Employee discounts on treatments/products Growth opportunities within a scaling brand
