Your expertise will help clients achieve their beauty goals while providing exceptional guest services in a lively, professional environment. Responsibilities

Perform botulinum toxin injections, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments with precision and care.Conduct thorough consultations to assess client needs, explain procedures clearly, and set realistic expectations.Maintain strict sanitation and safety protocols in accordance with industry standards and state regulations.Manage appointment scheduling using salon or med spa software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow.Educate clients on post-treatment care, product recommendations, and available aesthetic options.Assist with retail sales of skincare products, dermal fillers, and other treatment-related merchandise through upselling techniques.Support social media management efforts by sharing before-and-after photos, client testimonials, and promotional content to grow our online presence.Experience

Proven experience in medical aesthetics or related fields such as cosmetology, esthetic laser treatment, or body waxing.Certification in botulinum toxin treatment and dermal fillers from accredited programs.Strong management skills for handling patient records, scheduling, and client communication effectively.Familiarity with salon or med spa management software like Boulevard or Decoda is highly desirable.Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach that makes clients feel valued.Knowledge of sanitation standards, nail care, hair threading, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and other beauty services is a plus.Prior experience in retail sales or product demos that enhance client satisfaction and business growth.
