NOW HIRING: PART-TIME PROFESSIONAL BRAIDERS

The Braid Lounge is looking for skilled, experienced braiders to join our team part-time!

This opportunity is perfect for a braider who already has strong skills and wants to work in an established, professional salon environment with an existing clientele.

We’re looking for braiders experienced in one or more of the following:

Knotless braids
Knotless twists
Cornrows & feed-in styles
Natural hair styles
Box braids
Senegalese twists
Crochet styles

You do NOT have to know every service on our menu. We are open to hiring talented braiders based on the services they already perform well.

What we’re looking for:

Strong, neat braiding skills
Professional and dependable
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced salon
Great customer service
Willing to follow The Braid Lounge’s service standards and systems
Available to work Saturdays — 12-hour Saturday availability is required

Commission-based position

Part-time braiders with a limited service menu begin at 40% commission, with opportunities to advance as additional service competencies are achieved.

All candidates will complete a technical assessment before being approved for services.

After demonstrating consistency and strong performance, braiders may have opportunities to receive additional training and expand their service menu.
