Qualifications

We welcome both experienced stylists and newer licensed professionals who are excited to grow in a supportive, luxury Aveda salon environment.

Current Hawai‘i cosmetology license required
or valid Hawai‘i cosmetology work permit
At least 2 years of salon experience preferred, but not required
Aveda training or experience preferred, but not required
Passion for guest care, beauty, and continued learning
Professional, reliable, and team-focused
Interest in hair color, cutting, styling, blonding, treatments, and retail recommendations
Open to learning Ho‘āla Salon and Spa service standards, rituals, and guest-care practices
