NEW SALON NOW HIRING — THREE SEPARATE POSITIONS

Manor Luxe Beauty Salon is growing, and we are currently hiring for three separate roles:

Licensed Cosmetologist, Nail Tech and Lash Tech:

Hair Stylist
Lash Tech
Nail Technician

These are individual positions. Applicants may apply based on their licensing, experience, and area of expertise.
You are not required to perform all services unless you feel confident in multiple areas.

We are looking for talented, motivated beauty professionals who are passionate about their craft, providing exceptional client experiences, and continuing to grow within the beauty industry.

We understand that every professional has different strengths and experience levels.
Training and advanced education are available for services and techniques you may not yet know, allowing you to continue expanding your skills.

POSITION 1: LICENSED COSMETOLOGIST / HAIR STYLIST

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Haircuts and styling
Hair color, highlights, and balayage
Barber-style cuts and fades
Client consultations and hair-care recommendations
Staying current with hair trends, techniques, and color theory
Maintaining a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation
Providing exceptional customer service

Experience working with different hair types and textures is preferred.

POSITION 2: NAIL TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Manicures and pedicures
Gel manicures
Acrylic nails
Nail extensions
Nail art and specialty nail services
Client consultations and service recommendations
Proper sanitation and disinfection of tools, equipment, and workstations
Providing exceptional customer service

POSITION 3: LASH TECHNICIAN

Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

Perform professional eyelash extension applications, fills, and removals.
Provide customized lash services, including classic, hybrid, and volume styles.
Consult with clients to determine their desired look and recommend appropriate lash styles.
Maintain high standards of sanitation, hygiene, and client safety.
Educate clients on proper lash aftercare and maintenance.
Deliver exceptional customer service in a professional, luxury salon environment.
Maintain a clean, organized work area
Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat bookings.
Stay current with industry trends, techniques, and advancements in lash services.

Training is available for all services you may not yet have mastered.

QUALIFICATIONS

Applicants should have:

Appropriate licensing for the position they are applying for
Strong communication and customer service skills
A professional, dependable, and positive attitude
Commitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and salon safety
Willingness to continue learning and developing professionally
Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment

Experience with additional beauty services is always a plus, but Hair Stylists are not required to perform nail services, and Nail Technicians are not required to perform hair services unless they feel comfortable doing so .

All positions are commission-based opportunities designed for beauty professionals looking for flexibility, professional support, education, marketing, and the opportunity to establish a strong long-term clientele.
