Manor Luxe Beauty Salon is growing, and we are currently looking for a talented Lash Technician to join our team.
We are looking for a motivated beauty professional who is passionate about creating beautiful, customized lash looks, providing exceptional client experiences, and continuing to grow within the beauty industry.
We understand that every beauty professional has different strengths and experience levels. Training and advanced education are available for additional techniques and services you may not yet have mastered, allowing you to continue expanding your skills and service offerings.
LICENSED ESTHETICIAN OR COSMETOLOGIST / LASH TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
Classic lash extensionsHybrid lash extensionsVolume and specialty lash setsLash fills and maintenance appointmentsSafe and professional lash extension removalEyelash tintingClient consultations and customized lash recommendationsEvaluating natural lash condition and selecting appropriate lengths, curls, and weightsEducating clients on proper lash aftercare and maintenanceMaintaining detailed client service informationProper cleaning, sanitation, and disinfection of tools, equipment, and work areasMaintaining a clean, organized, and professional lash stationStaying current with lash techniques, trends, products, and industry standardsProviding exceptional customer serviceTraining is available for additional lash techniques and services you may not yet have mastered.
Experience with Classic, Hybrid, Volume, or other advanced lash techniques is preferred, but we are also interested in motivated professionals who have a strong foundation and are eager to continue developing their skills.

Applicants should have:
Active Michigan Esthetician or Cosmetologist licenseLash extension training and hands-on experience preferredKnowledge of proper lash application, isolation, placement, and removal techniquesUnderstanding of natural lash health and safe application practicesStrong attention to detailStrong communication and customer service skillsProfessional, dependable, and positive attitudeCommitment to cleanliness, sanitation, and salon safetyWillingness to continue learning and developing professionallyAbility to work independently while contributing to a team environmentAdditional certifications, advanced lash training, or experience with other esthetic services are always a plus.
