Duties

Create stunning natural hairstyles and custom braiding designs tailored to each client’s preferences and hair type
Provide expert consultations on hair care, maintenance, and styling options to ensure client satisfaction
Perform hair extensions, threading, eyelash extensions, and makeup applications to enhance overall look
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by properly sterilizing tools such as straight razors and other equipment
Utilize salon software like MINDBODY for appointment scheduling, client records, and retail sales transactions
Offer retail product recommendations based on clients’ hair needs, upselling with enthusiasm and professionalism
Assist with front desk duties including client check-in/out, answering inquiries, and managing store management tasks
Mentor new team members in techniques such as hair coloring, barbering, nail care, and retail sales strategies.

Pay: From $23.40 per hour
