This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated beauty professional who is passionate about healthy hair, natural hair care, protective styling, and providing exceptional client experiences.
The ideal candidate is skilled in natural hair services and protective styles, including twists, braids, cornrows, crochet styles, silk presses, and loc maintenance. Candidates should be committed to educating clients on proper hair care while helping them achieve their hair goals in a professional and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities include performing hair services, conducting client consultations, recommending products and treatments, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, managing appointments, and delivering outstanding customer service. Team members will also have opportunities for mentorship, continued education, marketing support, and client-building assistance.
