We are urgently seeking talented and enthusiastic Nail Technicians to join our vibrant team! As a Nail Technician, you will provide top-tier manicure and pedicure services, utilize your knowledge of color theory and nail art, and ensure a clean, welcoming environment for every client. Responsibilities
Deliver professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativity
Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization to ensure client safety and hygiene compliance
Consult with clients to understand their preferences, recommend suitable treatments, and upsell additional services or retail products
Apply knowledge of color theory to create customized nail designs that complement clients’ styles
Assist clients with related beauty services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or skin treatments when needed
Keep workstations clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary supplies throughout each shift
Build strong relationships through excellent customer service skills, ensuring repeat business and positive reviews
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology license or nail technician certification as required by local regulations
Proven experience in nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, and intricate nail art
Knowledge of sanitation protocols and sterilization procedures to maintain a safe environment
Familiarity with additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair extensions, hair threading, dermabrasion, esthetic laser treatments, or body waxing is a plus
Strong communication skills to effectively engage with clients and team members
Ability to upsell retail products confidently while providing exceptional service
Basic retail math skills for handling transactions accurately
