Perform a variety of nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and attention to detail Apply advanced techniques such as nail extensions, dermabrasion, and nail shaping to enhance client results Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in compliance with health regulations Engage with clients using excellent communication skills to understand their preferences and recommend suitable treatments or products Educate clients on proper nail care routines and promote retail sales of nail products and accessories to enhance their experience Stay current with industry trends such as color theory, esthetic laser treatments, eyelash extensions, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, and barbering to offer comprehensive beauty services Upsell additional services or retail items confidently to maximize client satisfaction and salon revenue Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role with a strong portfolio of nail art and care techniques Knowledge of sanitation protocols and safety standards essential for maintaining a hygienic workspace Familiarity with cosmetology practices including hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair styling, and esthetic laser treatments is highly desirable Excellent communication skills to connect effectively with diverse clients and understand their beauty needs Ability to perform retail math for upselling products effectively while providing outstanding customer service Experience in retail sales within the beauty industry is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning new skills is essential
