Perform high-quality manicures and pedicures Provide gel services and essential nail care treatments in line with salon standards Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations per California State Board regulations Conduct client consultations to assess needs and recommend appropriate services Deliver outstanding customer service and build long-term client relationships Stay current on nail trends, techniques, and industry best practices Collaborate with the Calea Beauty team to maintain a positive, welcoming salon culture Active California Cosmetology License (required) Minimum 3 years of professional nail technician/manicurist experience Strong knowledge of nail care, hygiene, and sanitation standards Professional, reliable, and punctual Excellent communication and customer service skills Flexible availability, including weekends
