Nail Technician / Nail Professional

Felangi Salon is a professional, team-oriented nail salon in downtown Boise. We’re looking for a licensed Nail Technician who enjoys quality work, consistency, and being part of a supportive salon environment. Responsibilities • Perform nail services according to salon service standards • Maintain consistent service timing while delivering quality work • Provide a professional and welcoming client experience • Follow sanitation, cleanliness, and workstation organization guidelines • Communicate clearly with clients and team members • Follow salon policies, procedures, and booking guidelines • Participate in training, feedback, and performance reviews Benefits & Perks • Commission-based earning structure with clear expectations • Consistent booking support • Additional product commission opportunities • Paid vacation for full-time team members after one year • W-2 employee position (no booth rental or 1099 arrangements) • Supportive, professional salon environment Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour
