Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and intricate nail art designs.
Maintain impeccable sanitation standards by sterilizing tools and ensuring a clean work environment in accordance with health regulations.
Consult with clients to understand their preferences, offering expert advice on color choices, nail care routines, and trending styles.
Apply advanced techniques such as gel application, nail extensions, and dermabrasion to achieve desired results.
Upsell additional services like eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
Stay current with industry trends in color theory, nail art design, and beauty treatments to provide innovative options for clients.
Build lasting relationships through excellent communication skills and personalized service that encourages repeat visits.

Experience

Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar cosmetology role within a luxury salon setting.
Strong knowledge of nail care techniques, sanitation procedures, and the latest trends in nail art and design.
Familiarity with additional beauty services such as hair styling, hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair threading, and body waxing is a plus.
Ability to perform esthetic laser treatments or dermabrasion procedures is advantageous but not mandatory.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate clients on proper nail care and recommend suitable treatments.
