Nail Technician – Booth Rental (Full-Time)

Shear Excellence is seeking one full-time Nail Technician to join our established, community-focused salon in the heart of Sugarhouse.

This is a booth rental opportunity — not an hourly or commission-based position. You'll run your own independent business within our professionally maintained salon, setting your own hours, pricing, and services. Booth rental is $450/month.

The Space:

You'll have your own dedicated nail room — a private, naturally lit space separate from the main salon floor. The room includes a professional manicure table, technician and client seating, task lighting, and a sink nearby. You bring your own products and tools; we provide the space.

Ideal Candidates:

Hold a valid Utah nail technician license or cosmetology license
Are skilled in manicures, pedicures, gels, acrylics, nail art, and/or enhancements
Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace following state health regulations
Are professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused
Have an existing clientele base or are actively building one (preferred — this role is best suited for technicians ready to hit the ground running)
Are ready to grow their independent business full-time
