Job Overview – Nail Technician (T-Nails Glam Studio)

We are hiring a Nail Technician who understands that this is not just about painting nails — it is about delivering clean, durable, and high-quality work every time. This role is for someone disciplined, detail-focused, and willing to follow a structured system that prioritizes hygiene, efficiency, and client retention.

You will be working in a fast-paced salon environment where quality, consistency, and professionalism are non-negotiable. If your work is clean, your mindset is strong, and you are willing to improve constantly, this position offers real growth.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Perform manicures and pedicures with proper preparation (cuticle work, shaping, cleaning — not just polish application)
Work with gel polish, acrylic, overlays, and nail enhancements with clean technique
Deliver consistent results that last — not rushed or low-quality work
Maintain strict sanitation standards (tools, stations, pedicure areas) at all times
Follow salon systems, service structure, and timing expectations
Communicate clearly with clients and manage expectations professionally
Recommend upgrades or add-ons when they genuinely improve the result
Keep your station clean and assist with shared responsibilities in the salon

Skills Required

Solid experience with manicure, pedicure, gel polish, and/or acrylic
Clean cuticle work and proper nail preparation
Understanding of product application (not overuse, not underwork)
Basic communication skills with clients
Ability to work under pressure without lowering quality

Preferred (Not Required)

Advanced techniques (designs, ombré, builder gel, etc.)
Speed combined with quality
Experience in a structured or high-standard salon

Compensation & Growth

Starting at 50% + tips (based on skill level)
