Nail Technician

Duties

Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and creativityMaintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in accordance with health regulations to ensure client safetyProvide personalized consultations to recommend nail treatments and products suited to each client’s needsManage appointment schedules efficiently using salon software like Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flowEngage with clients through excellent communication skills, creating a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visitsUpsell retail products such as nail care items, skincare products, and enhancements to boost sales and client satisfactionAssist with front desk duties including greeting guests, booking appointments, and handling payments with professionalismRequirements

Valid cosmetology license with certification in nail technology or related fieldsProven experience in nail care services including gel application, acrylics, and intricate designsKnowledge of sanitation protocols and sterilization procedures for tools and workstationsFamiliarity with salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is preferredStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clientsAbility to perform detailed work such as nail art or advanced enhancements like eyelash extensions or dermal fillers (nice-to-have)Experience with social media management for promoting services or showcasing work is a plusFlexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays as needed in a fast-paced environmentJoin us to turn your passion for beauty into an exciting career!
