Job Summary:
Beauty by Jill Salon & Spa is seeking a licensed, creative, and detail-oriented Nail Technician to join our team as an independent contractor. You will independently manage your services, schedule, and client relationships while benefiting from a supportive, high-traffic salon environment.
Location: Beauty by Jill Salon & Spa, 226 N. Main St. Lima, OH 45801
Job Type: Full-Time (flexible hours based on bookings)
Services May Include
Manicures and pedicures
Acrylic, gel, and dip powder systems
Nail art and custom designs
Spa nail treatments
Nail repair and maintenance
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional nail services with professionalism and quality
Manage your appointment scheduling, payments, and client communication
Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized work area
Provide and maintain your own tools and product inventory
Follow all Ohio state licensing and safety regulations
Collaborate respectfully with other professionals in a shared salon space
Qualifications:
Current Ohio Nail Technician or Cosmetology License
Experience in a salon setting preferred
Strong customer service and communication skills
Motivated, reliable, and passionate about the beauty industry
