Nail Technician

Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and passionate Nail Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of nail care and beauty treatments, providing exceptional service to clients while ensuring their comfort and satisfaction. As a Nail Technician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and additional beauty treatments. Responsibilities Perform a variety of nail services including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements. Apply knowledge of color theory to assist clients in selecting the perfect shades for their nails. Upsell additional services such as body waxing, eyelash extensions, and hair threading to enhance client experience. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and tools in accordance with health regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during appointments. Stay updated on the latest trends in nail care and beauty treatments to offer innovative services. Conduct skin analysis for appropriate nail care and recommend products for home use. Assist with retail sales by utilizing retail math skills to manage inventory effectively. Experience Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar role within the beauty industry is preferred. Familiarity with various nail techniques and treatments including dermabrasion and esthetic laser treatment is a plus. Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
