Overall ResponsibilitiesProvide professional manicure, pedicure, gel, and other nail services offered by Beauty Daycation.Consult with clients to understand their preferences and nail-care needs.Deliver a professional, relaxing, and personalized guest experience.Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation.Follow all sanitation, disinfection, infection-control, and safety procedures.Properly use, clean, disinfect, and maintain nail tools, equipment, and products.Maintain professional appearance, conduct, and client confidentiality.Communicate effectively with clients and team members.Maintain adequate supplies and notify management of inventory needs.Follow company policies, service standards, scheduling procedures, and workplace expectations.Licensing RequirementsCurrent North Carolina Manicurist/Nail Technician License required.Must maintain an active license in good standing throughout employment.Must perform services within the scope of North Carolina licensure.Must comply with applicable North Carolina cosmetic art, sanitation, health, and safety regulations.Additional certifications or specialized nail training are a plus.Ideal CandidateProfessional and dependableFriendly and customer-service orientedDetail-oriented with strong technical skillsCommitted to cleanliness and sanitationComfortable working independently and as part of a teamPassionate about providing a relaxing and positive spa experience
