Duties

Perform professional nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and careMaintain high standards of sanitation and disinfection procedures to ensure client safety and hygiene complianceConsult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail treatments or enhancementsStay updated on the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and industry techniques to deliver innovative servicesUpsell retail products like nail polishes, skincare items, or tools to enhance client satisfaction and increase salesAssist with retail sales by providing knowledgeable recommendations based on client needsEnsure a clean, organized workspace that adheres to all health regulations and safety protocolsRequirements

Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail technology or related fieldsProven experience working in the beauty industry, especially with nails and related treatmentsStrong knowledge of sanitation practices, disinfection procedures, and safety standards in a salon environmentExpertise in nail care techniques including gel application, acrylics, nail extensions such as hair extensions or eyelash extensions is a plusFamiliarity with body waxing, hair threading, hair styling, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is desirable but not requiredExcellent communication skills to engage with clients effectively and provide personalized serviceAbility to perform retail math calculations for upselling products confidentlyKnowledge of color theory to assist clients with color choices and design ideasJoin us to elevate your career as a Nail Technician—where your artistry meets exceptional service!
