The ideal candidate will possess a passion for nail care and esthetic services, providing exceptional customer experiences in a welcoming environment. Duties Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art using various techniques.Provide additional beauty treatments such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments as applicable.Offer personalized consultations to recommend nail designs, colors, and complementary beauty services based on client preferences.Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization protocols to ensure client safety and hygiene standards are upheld.Educate clients on proper nail care routines and aftercare instructions to promote healthy nails.Assist with retail sales by recommending products such as nail polishes, skincare items, and beauty tools to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.Upsell additional services or packages to maximize client experience and satisfaction.Stay informed about the latest trends in nail art, color theory, and beauty treatments to provide innovative services.Maintain a clean, organized work station and ensure all tools are properly sanitized after each use.Skills Strong knowledge of color theory and current nail art trends to create customized designs.Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients.Proficiency in sanitation standards and practices for health safety compliance.Certified in cosmetology or related field with experience in nail care; additional skills in hair extensions, eyelash extensions, dermabrasion, or esthetic laser treatments are a plus.Ability to perform body waxing, hair threading, hair styling, barbering skills are advantageous for offering comprehensive beauty services.Retail sales experience with an understanding of retail math for upselling products effectively.Strong communication skills combined with the ability to educate clients about various treatments and products.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
