Nail Technician

Job Overview In this role, you will deliver exceptional nail care services that enhance our clients’ confidence and style. Perform professional nail services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and care Apply knowledge of color theory to recommend suitable shades and designs that complement clients’ skin tones and preferences Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff Provide outstanding customer service by listening to client needs, offering expert advice, and creating personalized nail care experiences Upsell additional services such as eyelash extensions, body waxing, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue Keep detailed records of treatments performed and products used for each client Stay current with industry trends, new techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education Proven experience as a Nail Technician or in a similar beauty service role with a strong portfolio of nail art and design work Knowledge of cosmetology principles, nail care techniques, and sanitation standards Familiarity with hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus Strong communication skills to effectively engage with diverse clients and team members Ability to perform retail sales through upselling techniques using retail math skills to recommend products confidently Experience in retail sales environments is advantageous for promoting salon products and services effectively Certification in cosmetology or related field required; additional certifications in barbering or esthetic treatments are beneficial
