We’re looking for a passionate, skilled Nail Technician who takes pride in delivering exceptional experiences while building lasting relationships with clients.
What You’ll Do
Provide professional manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancement services
Deliver consistently outstanding customer service and create a welcoming experience for every guest
Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and safety
Recommend retail products and at-home care to help clients maintain healthy nails
Collaborate with our salon and medspa team to provide a seamless luxury experience
Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and continuing education
What We’re Looking For
Current New York State Nail Specialty License or cosmetology license
Strong technical skills with attention to detail
Friendly, professional, and dependable
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Team-oriented with a positive attitude
Desire to grow your clientele and career in a supportive environment

Compensation: This position begins as an hourly role, providing stability while you build your clientele. As your schedule grows and you establish a loyal client base, you’ll have the opportunity to transition to our commission-based compensation structure, allowing you to increase your earning potential.
