In this role, you will provide expert nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and advanced nail treatments, while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties Perform a variety of nail services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art using current techniques.Maintain strict sanitation and sterilization procedures to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff.Offer personalized consultations to recommend suitable nail treatments and color choices based on client preferences and skin tone.Upsell retail products related to nail care, skincare, and beauty enhancements to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.Stay informed about the latest trends in nail design, color theory, and new techniques to provide innovative services.Assist clients with additional beauty services like eyelash extensions or body waxing when appropriate.Build strong relationships through excellent communication skills, ensuring clients feel valued and understood. ExperienceProven experience as a Nail Technician or similar role in a professional salon or spa setting.Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization techniques for tools and equipment.Familiarity with various nail care treatments including gel application, acrylics, and nail art design.Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.Pay: $23.85 - $28.72 per hour
