Duties
Perform professional nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
Apply knowledge of color theory to create stunning, personalized nail designs that match clients’ preferences
Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards to ensure a safe environment for clients and staff
Provide exceptional customer service by listening carefully to client needs and offering expert recommendations
Upsell retail products like nail care tools, polishes, and skincare items to enhance client satisfaction and business growth
Stay updated on the latest trends in nail design, techniques, and industry innovations including eyelash extensions and body waxing
Assist with retail sales and inventory management to support overall salon operations
Qualifications
Valid cosmetology or esthetician license with certification in nail care required
Strong knowledge of color theory, nail techniques, and sanitation practices
Experience with advanced services such as gel nails, acrylics, nail art, and eyelash extensions preferred
Excellent communication skills to engage clients effectively and build lasting relationships
Ability to perform multiple services efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
Familiarity with retail math for upselling products confidently and accurately
Knowledge of additional beauty treatments such as hair styling, hair extensions, threading, dermabrasion, laser treatments, barbering, or body waxing is a plus
