The receptionist is the first impression of the salon and plays an important role in creating a welcoming, high-end guest experience. The Receptionist / Guest Experience Coordinator will manage front desk operations, greet clients, assist with appointments, process payments, support salon flow, and help maintain a clean and professional environment. Welcome guests warmly and professionally Check clients in and out using salon booking/POS system Offer beverages and ensure guests feel comfortable Maintain a positive, luxury customer service experience Answer phone calls, texts, and online booking inquiries promptly Handle guest concerns professionally and notify management when needed Communicate effectively with technicians and management Help restock supplies when needed Support opening and closing procedures Maintain professionalism with coworkers and guests at all times Comfortable in using translation apps when needed Previous receptionist, customer service, or salon/spa experience preferred but not required Strong communication and multitasking skills Friendly, polished, and professional appearance Comfortable using computers, iPads, booking systems, and POS systems Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and organization Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented English fluency required; Vietnamese fluency is a plus but not required
