Heart’s Nail Spa is looking for a friendly, professional, energetic, and responsible receptionist to join our Sugarhouse team.
We are committed to providing exceptional customer service and creating a welcoming environment for every guest.
Responsibilities
Warmly greet and welcome customers.
Answer phone calls, messages, and customer inquiries.
Schedule and manage appointments.
Check customers in and out.
Process payments and manage the cash register.
Coordinate with nail technicians to ensure smooth salon operations.
Help resolve customer concerns professionally.
Keep the reception area clean and organized.
Support the salon manager with daily operations.
Qualifications
Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
Comfortable using computers and appointment scheduling systems.
Previous receptionist or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Training will be provided.
