We are looking for a friendly, professional, and reliable Part-Time Receptionist to join our salon team.
Schedule:
Thursday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
Saturday: 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM
15 hours per week
Pay: $15/hour
Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers when they arrive
Check customers in and out
Answer phone calls and customer messages
Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
Check appointment availability and coordinate with nail technicians
Process customer payments and provide receipts
Answer questions about salon services and pricing
Provide excellent customer service and make customers feel welcome
Communicate with nail technicians and help keep the appointment schedule organized
Keep the reception area clean and organized
Assist with basic front-desk tasks as needed
Requirements
Fluent or strong English communication skills
Friendly, professional, and welcoming personality
Good communication skills and able to speak clearly with customers
Excellent customer service skills
Comfortable using a computer and basic software
Able to learn appointment and payment systems
Reliable and punctual
Able to multitask in a busy salon environment
Well-groomed and professional appearance
Previous receptionist, customer service, or nail salon experience is a plus but not required.
Pay: From $15.00 per hour
