Nail Salon Receptionist-Hilltop

This role is essential in providing excellent customer service, managing appointments, and ensuring smooth daily operations of the salon. Handle cashiering duties, including cash handling and basic retail math transactions Promote salon services and specials Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, stock supplies, and merchandise displays Assist with efforts to enhance the salon’s visual appeal Answer phone calls with professional phone etiquette, address client inquiries. if the technicians are busy, helping with chores or getting polish/dip colors for the customers waiting is a huge help. Offer drinks as well and engage with the customers. Proficiency in POS systems and cashiering experience Strong communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise Ability to handle stressful situations and/or upset customers is a plus Ability to multitask efficiently in a busy salon environment
