Nail Salon Manager

We’re looking for an experienced Salon Manager / Lead Nail Technician to join our team and help lead daily operations in a high-end, client-focused nail salon environment. Lead and support the nail technician team day-to-day Create a warm, professional, and welcoming salon atmosphere Help manage scheduling, shift coverage, and daily salon flow Ensure all services meet high standards for quality, cleanliness, and client care Support guest experience and professionally handle client concerns Monitor bookings, productivity, and daily service goals Encourage pre-booking, retail sales, and add-on services Oversee inventory, supplies, and product ordering Assist with opening and closing procedures Work closely with ownership on salon performance and operations Previous nail salon experience required Leadership or management experience preferred Licensed nail technician Strong communication and customer service skills Organized, proactive, and team-oriented Passion for luxury hospitality, beauty, and client experience Ability to multitask and lead confidently in a busy salon environment Position Details Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
