Responsibilities

Perform professional nail care services including manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art with precision and artistry
Apply color theory principles to select perfect shades and create eye-catching designs tailored to each client’s preferences
Maintain high standards of sanitation and hygiene by properly sterilizing tools and following health regulations
Provide excellent customer service by listening attentively to client needs, offering style recommendations, and ensuring a positive experience
Upsell additional services such as nail enhancements, body waxing, eyelash extensions, or esthetic laser treatments to enhance client satisfaction and revenue
Keep up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, color combinations, and techniques through continuous learning
Manage retail sales of nail products and accessories while demonstrating strong retail math skills to maximize sales opportunities

Requirements

Proven experience as a Nail Artist or similar role with a strong portfolio of nail designs and artistry skills
Knowledge of color theory, nail care techniques, and sanitation protocols essential for safe practice
Certification in cosmetology or related beauty fields preferred; relevant licenses required where applicable
Familiarity with additional beauty services such as hair extensions, hair styling, hair threading, body waxing, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments is a plus
Excellent communication skills to connect with clients effectively and understand their desired look
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Strong retail sales skills combined with upselling abilities to promote complementary services and products
