What You'll Do

Deliver high-quality men's haircuts, fades, tapers, and grooming services that meet Graeber's technical standards
Conduct thorough consultations that dial in each guest's style and expectations
Build a loyal returning clientele through consistency, skill, and genuine relationship-building
Recommend home care and grooming products that support your guests' results
Maintain a clean, organized station and follow professional sanitation protocols
Collaborate with a team that is invested in your success and the guest experience
Participate in ongoing education and skill development

30 Days Fully onboarded to Graeber service standards. Confidently using salon systems. Delivering services that reflect our technical and hospitality standards from day one.

60 Days Building a consistent returning guest base. Strong consultation flow. Clean service rhythm and active participation in team culture.

90 Days Healthy rebooking rate. Growing guest retention. Recognized for consistent quality and professionalism. Fully operating within Graeber systems with confidence.

You're a Great Fit If You Have

An active cosmetology or barber license (required)
