Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and valued.
Oversee daily front desk operations to keep the spa running smoothly and looking its best.
Manage scheduling, check-ins, check-outs, and payment processing with accuracy and efficiency.
Handle phone calls with a clear, professional, and friendly voice — confidently communicating spa policies, services, and promotions.
Encourage clients to rebook appointments and sign up for memberships.
Support and motivate staff to follow spa protocols and deliver exceptional service.
Monitor and maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front-of-house environment.
Create and manage social media content to promote services, specials, and engage with clients online.
Resolve client concerns professionally, ensuring a positive outcome for guests and staff.
Qualifications:
Experience working in a day spa, salon, or med spa is required.
Previous experience in a front desk, management, or coordinator role preferred.
Strong customer service and communication skills.

Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Familiarity with booking software and running business social media platforms.
