A Master Stylist at Altair Salon is someone who confidently works behind the chair at a high level while also helping elevate the salon culture, guest experience, and artistry standards of the team.

Ideal Candidate:

Minimum 3+ years behind the chairStrong clientele preferred, but not requiredAdvanced knowledge in:Blonding & dimensional colorLived-in color & balayagePrecision haircuttingGray coverageExtensions (Bellami certification preferred)Styling & finishing workExcellent consultation and communication skillsProfessional, polished, and team-orientedPassionate about continued education and growthUnderstands luxury customer service and guest retentionStrong social media presence and branding mindset preferredAbility to work efficiently while maintaining qualityResponsibilities

Deliver exceptional guest experiences from consultation to checkoutMaintain Altair Salon standards in professionalism, timing, cleanliness, and artistryRecommend retail and home-care solutions customized to each guestAccurately formulate, weigh, and document color services through salon systemsRebook and build long-term guest relationshipsSupport salon culture with positivity, leadership, and teamworkStay up to date with current trends, techniques, and educationCreate social media content showcasing your work and personal brandWhat We Offer
