Master Hair Stylist

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Hair Stylist to join our team at Blush & Brow Spa and Salon! The ideal candidate should be passionate about all things hair, customer service, and staying updated on the latest trends in the industry. This position is intended for an established stylist with at least 8+ years of experience in a salon environment.

Responsibilities:

Provide professional hair care services to clients including cutting, styling, coloring, and treatmentsConsult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstylesStay up to date on current techniques and trends, pursuing additional education or training when necessaryMaintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and salon equipmentEducate clients on proper hair care techniques and productsPromote and sell appropriate salon products to clientsDemonstrate excellent customer service skills at all timesQualifications:

Valid cosmetology license with salon experienceProficiency in a wide range of hair styling and hair coloring techniquesStrong communication and interpersonal skillsEstablished clientele preferredCommitted to working at least an evening and on SaturdaysExcellent time management with booking/double-booking clientsProfessional, reliable, team-orientedJoin our team of creative professionals dedicated to providing exceptional service to our clients in a welcoming and inviting environment.
